We've moved!!

"Actress" and "singer" Linday Lohan was arrested for drunk driving in Santa Monica early this morning. This would be her second bust in less than three months.

L.L. was popped for possession of cocaine, driving under the influence, transporting a narcotic into a custodial facility and driving on a suspended license. Sources say her blood alcohol level was between .12 and .13, well over the .08 legal limit.

Apparently Lindz was chasing her assistant's mother's car just hours after her assistant handed in her resignation. The assistant's mother made a frantic call to 911 telling them that she was being chased on the road. If convicted Lindsay will face jail time.

Somewhere in the world LL's frenemy Paris Hilton must be laughing her ass off!

Lindsay may or may not currently be back in rehab based on Dina's recent statement. Momager Dina said, "I am sick over this. My children, my family, we are like prisoners in our own home because paparazzi [are stalking us] outside [our] home. Lindsay is in a safe place. And we are trying to strategically work out our next step. We are doing everything in our power in support of Lindsay and I won't give up -- this is my daughter and we love her. We are waiting for the press frenzy to die down and leave her alone. And please respect our privacy."

Lindsay's father is also talking to anyone and everyone. Tonight he will appear on Larry King Live to dish on his daughters arrest.

Producers of her next project, Poor Things, are still hoping to make the movie, and rearranging scheduling with court dates and who knows what else now.
