Gossip: Clive Davis "Disses" Kelly Clarson On National TV

If you watched the season finale of American Idol last night you might've noticed Clive Davis' very public "diss" of pop superstar Kelly Clarkson. The 75-year-old music mogul was tasked with speaking to the huge TV audience about the health of the American Idol franchise and it seemed like he went out of his way to avoid mentioning Kelly's new single "Never Again" Yet in his speech he praised Carrie Underwood and Jennifer Hudson and somehow even managed to plug both Taylor Hicks and Katharine McPhee's new singles! Clive did briefly allude to two-time Grammy winner Clarkson but only to praise the talents of outside songwriters working with "Idols." Ouch! This feud is getting nasty!
