Gossip: Posh & Becks could be spicing up U.S television

David Beckham and Victoria Beckham are reportedly considering an offer to star in their own reality TV show in the U.S., imdb.com reports.


The series is being modeled on The Osbournes, which featured rocker Ozzy Osbourne and his family.

The pair, who are due to move to Los Angeles later this year, are said to be considering the offer. David recently signed a multi-million dollar deal with the Los Angeles Galaxy soccer team and the show would follow the couple as they adjust to their life in the U.S.

A source tells American publication People that the show, tentatively titled Living With The Beckhams, would give the couple a big publicity boost. The source explains, “At the moment, neither David nor Victoria are very famous in the States, but starring in their own show ... would catapult them to instant stardom.”

As TMZ first reported in July, soccer stud David Beckham and his wife, former Spice Girl Victoria Beckham, are moving to America and setting up digs in Los Angeles.

Beckham is leaving Spanish soccer team Real Madrid at the end of the season to join the Los Angeles Galaxy, a Major League Soccer team. Who knew we had pro soccer teams? The five-year deal could be worth a reported $200 million.

David is no stranger to Southern California, having already set up a local branch of his youth soccer camp, The David Beckham Academy. As for Posh, she can look forward to more shopping excursions with new BFF Katie Holmes.

While they're huge stars in Europe, Posh & Becks have not been able to mimic their media domination on our shores. Could this be an attempt by the supercouple to obtain that same level of fame stateside? We'll see!
