Live: Britney Spears - Gimme @ MTV VMA's 2007

Watch this sad, sad performance by Britney Spears at last night's MTV VMA's. I don't know what to say about it other than it was the worse performance ever. What happened? Did she forget how to lipsync? Why didn't she dance properly, was she bloated? She looks bloated. I don't know. I'm very, very disappointed. Your fans were really hoping for a comeback Brit, unfortunately at this rate that will never happen. Sad, sad.

NEW Music Video: Roisin Murphy - Let Me Know

Check out the latest video by Irish electro/dance queen Roisin Murphy. This one's for that song that leaked a few days ago "Let Me Know". The song is great and the video is whacky just as you'd expect from her. And so the countdown for her upcoming new album continues.

Watch Amy Winehouse’s stirring acoustic rendition of "Love Is A Losing Game" at Tuesday night’s Mercury Awards in London.

After all her recent troubles, it’s great to see Amy back on stage and looking healthy! This gives us hope. Maybe Amy will show up at the MTV Video Music Awards this coming weekend! She is nominated for three awards and was scheduled to perform but aparently pulled out because of health reasons last week.

We love you Amy!!

New iPod Touch Unveiled!

It's a great day for iPod lovers like myself. Steve Jobs isn't giving Apple fanatics long to get used to the touch-screen on the new iPhone. On Wednesday (September 5), Steve Jobs the Apple CEO unveiled the latest iPod upgrade, a new version called the "iPod Touch."

It has the same kind of 3.5-inch touch-screen display as the iPhone, with wireless connectivity. The new $299 8 GB iPod Touch, which is thinner than the iPhone; comes loaded with the Safari browser, Google and Yahoo! search engines, and YouTube accessibility; and lets users wirelessly stream more than 10 million videos from the popular site. It has the same screen functions as the iPhone, 22 hours of audio playback and up to five of video playback. The 16 GB model will cost $399.

I know what I'm putting on my Christmas wishlist ;o)

Sean Kingston Reaches U.K.'s Number 1 Spot

It was all change at the top of the singles chart, with reggae-rap artist Sean Kingston finally grabbing number one with "Beautiful Girls" from rapper Kanye West's "Stronger" which weakened to second.

U.S. band Plain White T's reversed last week's fall by moving up from sixth to third with "Hey There Delilah".

Swedish singer Robyn fell one place to fourth with "With Every Heartbeat" while Rihanna shot up 11 places to fifth.

American producer and rapper Timbaland's collaboration with U.S. singer Keri Hilson "The Way I Are" continued its slow slide from fourth to sixth.

American hip hop group Gym Class Heroes fell from fifth to seventh, while U.S. singer Fergie's "Big Girls Don't Cry" is on the verge of dropping out of the top 10, falling one place to eighth.

Two new entries fill the last two top 10 places -- Freaks at ninth with "The Creeps (Get on the Dancefloor)" and British singer-songwriter James Blunt at tenth with "1973".

Britney Spears New Songs

That's right boys and girls, Britney's back with not one but TWO hot tracks from her yet untitled but much anticipated comeback album.

The first song is titled "Gimme More" which is exactly what you'd expect from Britney, Pop all the way. You'll be hearing this song all over the clubs.

The second song is called "Cold As Fire" and that one's a bit unexpected. It's not quite what we're used to hear from Brit but the song grows on you, it's really catchy.

The singer's yet-untitled new album will drop November 13. Ne-Yo, who wrote many potential tracks for Britney, told Ryan Seacrest on his radio show Wednesday that "[Britney has] gotta remind people why they love her in the first place. She's gotta get their minds off her personal life and back on music."
